Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped the next business day. Once your package is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Shipping rates
Iberian Peninsula: All orders over 80€ are free of cost. Orders under 80€, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Islands and International: The costs will be calculated at checkout.
Note for Non-EU Customers: Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to local customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
We want you to love what you bought! If you need to make a return, you have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for returns: Items must be in their original, unused condition. Important, original packaging and all tags must be intact and attached.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping. However, if we made an error (incorrect or defective item), bnrd.es will cover all costs.

-Ship it back: Send your package at BNRD, Rúa Galera 27, 15003, Spain
-Get Refunded: Once we inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
